Session 2: ECDIS for safety enhancement
Under the new regulations all ships of 10,000 DWT and bigger have to be equipped with ECDIS by July 2018. A new navigation system will be introduced which has integrated ECDIS and onboard routing system are combined to meet the requirements and produce additional values.

Session 3: Speed and Consumption Dispute and Quick and Fair Philosophy
Any dispute as to the performance of a chartered vessel performance must be assessed according to the provisions of particular charterparty, some recent findings of charterparty wording on speed and consumption warranty will be discussed. Also we would like to review some important decisions in courts and arbitration tribunals.
